Worship is central to our ministry. Worship offers praise to God, seeks forgiveness for our sins, listens for God’s word, and provides us a way to offer ourselves and our gifts to God.

Parkwood Presbyterian Church offers a number of opportunities to participate in worship. The primary worship experience is corporate worship each Sunday. The Word of God is proclaimed and relevant life applications provided. Choral and handbell choirs along with our sacred dance teams add to the richness of services. A number of special worship services (Ash Wednesday, Maundy Thursday, Palm Sunday, Easter, Christmas Eve, etc.) focus our attention on the unfolding drama of the biblical story.
Our Sunday service offers meaningful liturgies, joyous congregational singing, and a bi-monthly celebration of the sacrament of communion. On the third Sunday of the month we incorporate a medley of “spiritual songs” led by 3-5 singers and accompanied by instrumentalists. We strive for musical excellence and a fresh, creative spirit.
Nursery is offered during every worship service.
